Groups
Group sessions are led by a licensed mental health professional and consist of about 4-8 people. Participants give and receive support and advice with peers in similar circumstances.
Girl Talk
Offered to girls ranging from 9 years to 17 years, Girl Talk is a group designed to promote positive changes in female relationships. Girls learn how to communicate with each other, as opposed to about each other, how to make and be a good friend, and appropriate boundary setting. The open forum allows the girls to explore their feelings, develop empathy, and build self-esteem.

The group specifically aims towards:
- Improving social and communication skills
- Helping girls develop empathy
- Helping girls develop a strong sense of self
- Teach girls healthy conflict resolution
- Teach girls how to express anger and other emotions appropriately
- Provide a safe environment for the girls to share important issues in their lives

Sibling Support Group
Siblings of children with special needs face unique challenges. Meeting regularly with peers who have a similar circumstance allows the “siblings” an opportunity to share their own story, while also helping others through their struggles.
Group Topics Include:
- Common experiences and issues faced
- Emotional and social effects
- Peer support
- How to cope with the difficulties and rejoice in the positives
